Lighthouse NGO Support Group is an organization that supports people living with depression, raises awareness to the public and. The organization was founded by Miss Dikeledi Tolo who encountered and recovered from this mental illness after she had experienced a very difficult to the season in her life.

Lighthouse Support Group aims to become the family and friend to individuals to always be there through the difficulties and troubles when thoughts are just too much and the going gets really tough without any judgment.

This is to assist individuals to know they are not on their own, there are other people going through similar feelings, worries, treatment decisions, and side effects.

Our 24/7 helpline service is open for anyone whether already or not part of any of our counseling programs, the idea is to make sure that we are always there for individuals in any time of the day.

Trauma can be defined as a body and/or mental injury caused by an external agent.
We offer trauma counseling to individuals who have tried to harm themselves or tried suicide.
We offer tense counseling and even to a point of assisted from other entities to make sure that an individual doesn't ever try to hurt him/her self.
